Se hacen las natillas que queden bastante espesas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Se pone encima de una galleta un poco de natillas y se tapa con otra galleta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Batir el huevo ,y pasar la galleta con natillas por el.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.Poner a calentar el aceite a fuego suave ,echar la galleta ,cuando este dorada retirar y poner sobre papel absorvente .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5, Mezclar el azúcar y la canela y pasar por la mezcla la galleta que tenemos en el papel absorvente .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Corteza de &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-corrected"&gt;limón&lt;/span&gt; y naranja .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Canela .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-corrected"&gt;ELABORACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;Pondremos en un recipiente al fuego la leche con las &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-corrected"&gt;cortezas&lt;/span&gt; 1 vaso y medio de agua templada.&lt;br /&gt; sal.&lt;br /&gt;Cebolla al gusto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-corrected"&gt;ELABORACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;Deshacer la levadura en un vaso de agua y mezclar con la harina y la sal, el resto del agua la iremos añadiendo según vaya haciendo falta, porque a veces no es necesario ponerla toda. Amasamos muy bien, tiene que quedar esponjosa, y la dejamos fermentar tapada en sitio sin corrientes de aire durante 45 minutos. Realizar un volcan con la harina .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Inroducir el azucar, manteca ,ralladura y las yemas .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.
